Hedda Gabler,
by Henrik Ibsen
This was a production for the modern adaption by Lucy Kirkwood, performed at the Platform Theatre. Directed by Kristine Landon-Smith, this tells the story of Hedda, a disenchanted woman who finds herself trapped in an old London flat after a miserable honeymoon with her poor, enamoured husband, George Tesman.
I designed the set backdrop in collaboration with designers Yeaji Lee and Issa Wang, and I created technical specifications for the large windows. Below are my costume designs for the characters.
